Summary
This completed study looked at 50 healthy adults to find out where major blood vessels lie in the neck, specifically in the area where doctors might need to make an emergency cut to help someone breathe. Using ultrasound, researchers measured how often these vessels appear and how deep they are. The goal is to help anesthesiologists avoid injuring blood vessels during this rare but life-saving procedure.
