Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether gentle neck traction at home can help people with nerve-related itch reduce their medication doses. Researchers want to see if this simple physical approach can control symptoms for people with persistent itch on their scalp, arms, and upper back. The study will measure if participants can safely lower their gabapentin or pregabalin medication over 12 weeks.
