First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking short neck-stretching breaks (2, 5, or 7 minutes) during the workday can reduce chronic neck pain in office workers. Over 12 weeks, 120 participants will be randomly assigned to different break lengths to see which works best. The goal is to find a simple way to improve comfort, productivity, and quality of life for people who sit at a desk for long hours.
