First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking short breaks to stretch your neck (for 2, 5, or 7 minutes) can help reduce chronic neck pain in office workers. Researchers will track 120 people who sit at a desk for at least 6 hours a day over 12 weeks. They will measure pain, disability, balance, and hand function to find the most effective break length.
