Screen slump fix? teens test neck exercises
NCT ID NCT07052149
Summary
This study compared two types of neck exercises to see which works better for improving muscle endurance in teenagers with forward head posture. Researchers worked with 30 adolescents aged 16-18 who had this common posture problem often linked to screen use. They tested whether muscle stabilization exercises or proprioception (body awareness) training was more effective at helping teens hold their heads up properly.
