Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs to see which one better improves neck muscle endurance in teenagers with forward head posture. Researchers compared muscle stabilization exercises with balance and awareness (proprioception) training. The goal was to find the best approach to help teens whose posture is affected by prolonged screen time and poor habits.
