Hands-On healing: which touch technique works best for stiff necks?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two specific hands-on physical therapy techniques works better for easing chronic neck pain. Researchers will work with 40 adults who have had neck pain for 4 to 12 weeks. Each participant will receive one of the two techniques over five sessions to see which one is more effective at reducing pain and improving neck movement.
