Summary
This study looks at whether specific neck-strengthening exercises can help people with chronic (lasting more than 3 months) neck pain. Researchers will measure pain intensity, nerve sensitivity in the arms, head posture, and neck awareness. The study involves 80 adults aged 18-36 who have neck pain and poor posture.
