Summary
This study tested two at-home treatments for chronic neck pain in 40 computer professionals aged 25-45. One group used a towel to perform gentle neck gliding movements (self-SNAG), while the other did strengthening exercises with elastic bands. Both groups also got ergonomic advice. The goal was to see which approach reduced pain and improved daily function better over six weeks.
