Summary
This study tests two muscle-relaxation methods—progressive muscle relaxation and muscle energy technique—to see which better relieves neck pain and stiffness in people who sit at computers for 6+ hours daily. Sixty adults aged 20-45 with chronic neck pain will receive 12 sessions over 2 weeks. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to reduce pain and improve movement.
