Summary

This study tests whether two different muscle relaxation techniques can reduce neck pain and stiffness in people who use computers for 6+ hours daily. Sixty adults aged 20-45 with chronic neck pain will receive 12 sessions of either progressive muscle relaxation or a muscle energy technique over two weeks. The goal is to see which method better eases pain and improves movement.
