First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests two gentle muscle techniques—post-isometric relaxation and post-isometric stretching—to see which better reduces neck pain and improves movement. About 40 adults with chronic neck pain will receive either technique along with standard heat and electrical stimulation over five sessions. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease discomfort and daily disability.
