Summary

This study compares two types of exercises—breathing exercises and deep neck flexor training—added to standard care for people with chronic neck pain. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, muscle endurance, and daily function in 66 adults aged 18 to 35. The goal is to find which approach offers better relief and improved quality of life.
