Summary
This study compares two types of exercises—breathing techniques and deep neck flexor training—added to standard care for people with chronic neck pain. Sixty-six adults aged 18 to 35 with neck pain lasting over 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves neck movement, and boosts muscle endurance.
