Breathing vs. neck exercises: which eases chronic pain better?

Summary

This study tests whether adding breathing exercises or deep neck flexor training to standard care better reduces pain and improves neck function in people with chronic neck pain. Sixty-six adults aged 18 to 35 with neck pain lasting over 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of three groups. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to ease symptoms and improve daily life.
