Summary
This study tested whether adding a special nerve stimulation treatment to standard exercise could help people with whiplash injury feel better. 44 adults who had a recent car accident and had neck pain took part. The experimental group received both exercise and the nerve treatment, while the control group did exercise alone. The study measured neck disability, pain, and movement.
