Summary
This study tested two types of exercises—global postural reeducation and deep neck flexor activation—in 44 young adults with chronic neck pain and forward head posture. The goal was to see which better reduces pain, disability, and posture problems. Participants were physiotherapists aged 18 to 24 with mild to moderate pain.
