NCT ID NCT07298226
Summary
This study tested whether a specific manual therapy technique on the upper neck joint could provide immediate improvements for people with forward head posture. Researchers measured posture, breathing capacity, and neck movement in 54 healthy adults with this common condition before and after a single treatment session. The goal was to see if this hands-on approach could offer quick relief and better alignment.
