Summary

This study looked at whether a specific hands-on technique, called atlanto-occipital joint mobilization, could provide immediate improvements for people with forward head posture. Researchers tested the technique on 54 healthy adults with this common posture problem. They measured changes in head position, breathing ability, and how far participants could move their necks right after the treatment.
