Summary
This study looks at whether adding stabilization exercises to regular neck exercises helps office workers with neck pain feel better, stand straighter, and sleep more soundly. Thirty participants with persistent neck pain will be assigned to one of two exercise groups. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to manage neck pain and improve daily life.
