Simple device eases neck pain after cancer surgery

Summary
This study looked at 50 people aged 30-50 who had neck pain and stiffness after surgery for head and neck cancer. Half did special neck exercises with a pressure biofeedback device plus standard physical therapy, while the other half did only standard therapy. The goal was to see if the device helped strengthen deep neck muscles and improve movement and pain over 6 weeks.
