First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how common neck and low back pain is among full-time staff at the University of the West Indies, Mona. It also tests whether an 8-week spine-specific exercise program works better than general exercises to reduce pain. About 200 adults aged 18-65 who have had their job for at least a year can join. People with past spine surgery or diagnosed spine problems cannot participate.
