Summary

This early study tests whether inhaling tiny particles from stem cells is safe for people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a disease that scars the lungs and makes breathing hard. Nine adults will receive the treatment twice daily for a week, and doctors will monitor side effects and lung function for up to a year. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease, not cure it.
