Summary
This study is testing a new bladder wash treatment called NDV-01 for people with early-stage bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle wall. The goal is to see if this treatment can better control the cancer and prevent it from coming back, potentially helping patients avoid having their bladder surgically removed. The trial will enroll about 393 adults and compare the new treatment to standard observation for some patients, while offering it directly to others with higher-risk cancer.
