Summary
This study tests a new drug (NC410) added to standard chemotherapy (FOLFIRINOX) and two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab with or without ipilimumab) for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not had prior treatment. The main goal is to check safety and find any unexpected side effects. About 20 adults with good overall health and measurable tumors can join.
