New combo therapy aims to control hard-to-treat pancreatic cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a drug called NBTXR3, which is activated by radiation, in people with pancreatic cancer that is locally advanced or borderline resectable. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the disease. About 24 adults will take part, and the study is currently on hold.
