New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in asian patients
NCT ID NCT07077434
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called navlimetostat in 32 Japanese and Chinese patients with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (MTAP deletion). The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Participants must have tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread, and have already tried other treatments.
