Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called navlimetostat in 32 Japanese and Chinese adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (MTAP deletion). The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Participants must have tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread, and have not responded to other treatments.
