Summary
This study tested a three-drug combination (navitoclax, venetoclax, and decitabine) in 6 adults with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that came back or didn't respond to standard therapy. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combo could shrink or control the cancer. While not a cure, the approach aims to improve outcomes for people with limited options.
