Summary
This early-stage study tests a new three-drug combination for people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments, including the drug venetoclax. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 17 adults and teens aged 16 and older will take part.
