First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study is collecting information from 5,000 people with coronary artery disease who are scheduled for a stent procedure. Researchers want to see if using a special CT-based tool (PCI Navigator) helps doctors plan the procedure more effectively than using X-ray images alone. The goal is to understand if the tool leads to changes in the plan, shorter procedure times, and less use of contrast dye and radiation.
