Simple foot maneuver may ease stubborn heel pain
NCT ID NCT07544901
First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026
Summary
This study compares two treatments for plantar fasciitis (heel pain) in 48 adults aged 18-32 with flat feet. One group receives a specific foot bone mobilization technique, while the other gets that technique plus standard physical therapy (ultrasound, stretching, and exercises). Treatment lasts 4 weeks, and researchers measure pain, foot function, and foot position changes. The goal is to see if adding the mobilization technique improves outcomes.
