Summary
This study looked at whether being active outdoors helps thinking, mood, and stress more than exercising indoors. 69 adults were placed into groups: walking outside, sitting outside, walking on a treadmill indoors, or no activity. Researchers measured attention, memory, stress hormones, and blood pressure to compare the effects.
