Summary
This study looked at whether watching nature scenes in virtual reality or as regular 2D videos can lower stress in nursing students taking a big clinical exam. Sixty students participated, and researchers measured their anxiety and heart rate changes. The goal was to see if a short nature break helps students feel calmer and perform better.
