First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether watching a nature-based virtual reality video while listening to special sound waves (binaural beats) can help people relax. 18 healthy adults will try both the relaxation method and a control session, while their heart rate and stress levels are measured. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can reduce stress quickly and be used at home.
