Summary

This study explores whether nature-based group activities can improve quality of life, self-esteem, and daily functioning for 240 children and youth with ADHD, autism, or Tourette's syndrome in Norway. Participants will take part in a 12-week program in school or healthcare settings. The goal is to see if being active outdoors helps more than traditional indoor approaches.
