Summary

This study aims to learn how noncirrhotic portal hypertension (NCPH) develops and changes over time in people who have it or are at risk. Researchers will follow 400 participants aged 12 and older for years, using blood tests, imaging, and liver pressure measurements. No treatment is given; the goal is simply to observe and understand the disease better.
