First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how much exercise helps people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and its more serious form, NASH. There is no approved drug for this condition, so exercise is key. Researchers will measure changes in liver fat in 45 adults who are sedentary and have NASH with mild to moderate liver scarring. Participants will follow different exercise doses to find the most effective one.
