NCT ID NCT07492966
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a nasal spray containing exosomes could improve vision in 32 children with cortical visual impairment (CVI). Children received the spray once a month for 6 months and had their vision tested before and after. The goal was to see if this therapy, combined with standard vision rehab, helps restore visual function better than rehab alone.
