NCT ID NCT07492966
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether a special treatment called exosomes, given as nose drops, could improve vision in 32 children with cortical visual impairment (CVI) — a vision problem caused by brain injury. Children received the drops once a month for 6 months, and researchers compared their vision before and after treatment. The goal was to see if this therapy, combined with standard vision training, could help children see better.
