Summary
This study tested a non-drug program to improve sleep and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer's disease. The program combined bright light therapy and a special type of sleep coaching. The goal was to see if it was possible to do and if it helped sleep and memory. Only 15 people took part, and the study was stopped early.
