Summary
This study looked at whether a 30-minute nap during a night shift can help protect the blood vessels of healthcare workers. 80 nurses and care assistants who work 12-hour night shifts were followed for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if napping at work could reduce the risk of heart problems linked to long-term night shift work.
