NCT ID NCT07261241
First seen Dec 04, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests three different combinations of a radioactive drug (131I-MIBG) with other medicines in 118 children and young adults (ages 1 to 29) whose neuroblastoma has come back or not responded to treatment. Participants are randomly assigned to one of three arms: MIBG plus vorinostat, MIBG plus dinutuximab, or MIBG plus both drugs. The goal is to see which combination shrinks tumors best after one treatment course, while also checking side effects. Patients who are well enough may receive a second course.
