Tiny drops, big hope? device aims to make glaucoma treatment easier

NCT ID NCT05273385

Summary

This study tested a device called Nanodropper that makes eye drops smaller. Researchers wanted to see if using these smaller drops was just as good at lowering eye pressure as using regular-sized drops from the standard bottle. The trial involved 16 adults with stable glaucoma or high eye pressure and was stopped early.
