Nanoparticle-boosted radiation aims to shrink tough lung and pancreatic tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding AGuIX nanoparticles to precise, MRI-guided radiation can better control centrally located lung tumors and advanced pancreatic cancer. About 100 adults with these cancers will receive the combination therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it improves tumor shrinkage compared to radiation alone.
