New chemo cocktail aims to shrink pancreatic tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a chemotherapy combination called NALIRIFOX given before surgery to people with a type of pancreatic cancer that is close to major blood vessels but may still be removable. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough to make surgery more successful and lower the chance of the cancer coming back. About 20 adults with this condition will take part.
