This study compared two pain medicines, nalbuphine and morphine, for women recovering from laparoscopic myomectomy (surgery to remove uterine fibroids). 80 women took part. The goal was to see which drug provides better pain relief and has fewer side effects. Results help doctors choose the best option for post-surgery pain control.
