First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tested two medicines, nalbuphine and ketamine, to see which one better controls shivering in women having gynecological surgery under spinal anesthesia. Shivering can cause complications like low oxygen and high eye pressure. 90 women were split into two groups to compare how well each drug works and what side effects occur.
