Summary
This study tested two medicines, nalbuphine and ketamine, to see which works better at stopping shivering in women having gynecological surgery with spinal anesthesia. Shivering can cause problems like low oxygen and slow recovery. The trial included 90 women aged 18-40 and compared how well each drug controlled shivering and any side effects.
