New nail polish tested for psoriasis relief

Summary
This study is testing a special nail lacquer containing 2% tofacitinib to see if it can safely reduce the severity of nail psoriasis. Ten adult participants with nail psoriasis will apply the lacquer for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in nail appearance and the treatment's impact on daily life.
